Stephen A. Baldino
is the senior planner and owner of Planning Associates
Group and has 25 years of experience planning and
implementing employee benefit programs and personal
financial plans. As a graduate of the State University
College at Buffalo and the State University College at
New Paltz, where he achieved a Bachelor’s Degree and a
Master’s Degree, Stephen has an extremely diversified
background in helping employers provide cost effective
benefits for companies both large and small, both profit
and nonprofit employers. Stephen has worked with
numerous clients to provide group health insurance,
group life and disability insurance, voluntary benefits,
self-insured programs and counseling in the areas of
business continuation planning and estate planning. For
his personal planning clients, he becomes their
counselor and advocate, working to make their goals a
reality.
In addition to his financial planning and counseling
success, Stephen has served on the boards of several
nonprofit organizations, including the Warwick Valley
Rotary Club, Ambulance Corp and Central School Board.
Stephen is also the current President of the Orange
County Legal Aid Society.

Susan B. Perry,
licensed agent/broker, spent the first 15 years of her
financial career as a Registered Series 3 Commodity
Trader on Wall Street. She worked as a Managed Commodity
Futures Specialist for E. F. Hutton and later moved with
her Commodity Department to
Prudential Financial. She also worked for
Merrill Lynch Commodities, Inc. and Millburn Corporation
as a Commodity Trading Sales Assistant. She holds a
Bachelor of Arts from Rider University.
Susan began working with Stephen A. Baldino in September
of 2001. She manages the office, updates client
portfolios and maintains all service requirements on
client accounts and employee benefit programs. For our
business clients, Susan becomes their human resource
partner and advocate. She has obtained her licenses for
Life, Health and Accident Insurances.

Sue D. Magnuson,
benefits assistant, has 12 years experience in various
areas of administrative service. Working primarily as an
executive assistant for Siemens and Citizens Bank, Sue
also has experience with marketing and project
management.
Sue began working with Stephen A. Baldino in September
of 2009. She generates prospective commercial clients,
cares for inquiries about benefit planning and serves
as the company’s technology connection.
